Wheelchair cushion APR-V with ventilation

Description

This wheelchair cushion is based on the Australian made Aussie Ergonomics APR wheelchair cushion which is a registered class 1 medical device (ARTG 410615). The cushions are typically built of three layers of hard, medium hard and medium soft high-density, high-quality foam. Our cushions are designed based on extensive research, technical testing, and empirical patient feedback. Each cushion is unique and will be custom manufactured to specified width, depth, and height dimensions. The high-quality medical grade fabric has superb thermal qualities and is removable (zipper). Cushions are built on a flexible material to conform with the various wheelchair bases. The product also comes with the addition of a preinstalled ventilation system that cools the cushion and facilitates improved thermal properties and comfortability. The ventilation system is powered by a rechargeable 12V, 4.5 Ah battery pack that is intended to be attached to the user’s wheelchair, facilitating convenience and ease of use. An additional custom-made Lycra cover can be ordered as an easily removable and washable incontinence solution. Aussie Ergonomics wheelchair cushions are tested up to 250kg.
