Just in time for Australia Day 2023, Aussie Ergonomics has officially launched its new eCommerce system. Packed with over 100 Human Factors Ergonomics and Rehabilitation Engineering products and systems which are mostly unique in Australia, our eCommerce system allows easy access. Our customers will now find key product information, as well as clarity on pricing and shipping cost via our user-friendly interface which applies ergonomic human-computer interaction principles. We have developed the Aussie Ergonomics eCommerce system for well over a year – an achievement made possible only thanks to a Queensland Government DESBT business grant. Aussie Ergonomics ships all its products Australia wide and to the wider region via partners Australia Post and DHL. We invite customers to explore our new eCommerce system with many exciting new products offered, such as the latest Kinetisense AI driven markerless posture and motion analysis system. As previously, our own customized, pressure optimized wheelchair cushions will normally require OT referral and customer/wheelchair specific dimensional data. Please give us a call before you order.
Aussie Ergonomics awarded Business Basics Grant Rd.3 by DESBT
Aussie Ergonomics has been announced as a proud recipient of the competitive Queensland Government Department of Employment, Small Business and Training “Business Basics Round 3” grant by the DESBT Deputy Director-General (Investment). We are most thankful for the generous support granted by the Queensland Government to develop and implement an e-commerce system which will improve the way we interact with our existing customers, and support Aussie Ergonomics in connecting with new customers across Australia. While we expect the Aussie Ergonomics future e-commerce system to be mostly product based, we are also preparing for a video-based system that will enable us to provide initial consultations to remote customers in the regions, similar to the Queensland Health Telehealth system which is currently being rolled out.

Aged Care Expo Townsville
Last Saturday, our Townsville based consultant Freya attended the Aged Care Expo 2022 at the stadium in Townsville. There was much interest again in our highly specialized Aussie Ergonomics Rehabilitation Engineering services. Freya talked to aged care providers about pressure mapping and customized seating, amongst other services. We look forward to further strengthen our support of the local aged care community through streamlined relationships with major aged care providers and nursing homes! https://www.cictownsville.com.au/aged-care-expo-2022/ Once framework agreements are mutually agreed with major aged care providers, plan managers and occupational therapists in Townsville will be able to refer patients which are not participating in NDIS. These patients will then be covered under their existing aged care plans. Beyond age care, we provide all NDIS participants with services as a registered NDIS provider. If in doubt about services covered under your NDIS plan, please give us a call to discuss!
